SORRY A BIT LONG A few months back, my Mustang got hit and needed rear bumper repairs. After getting this shop recommended to me and reading the reviews, choosing them was pretty much a no-brainer. The repairs turned out great, and the car looked like it had just rolled off the lot again. I was happy with the result, even though there were a few odd issues with payment and the repair timeline. Had I written this review then, it would have been an easy five stars. Fast-forward a few months. I ran over some tire debris on the interstate, and the valance (the plastic piece under the rear bumper) cracked right down the middle. Since I had clearly hit something on the road, I never expected the shop's "all work covered" policy to apply. So I went to the Ford dealership, ordered the part, and planned to install it myself. The bumper was fine, only the valance was damaged, and after watching a few YouTube videos, it looked like a straightforward weekend project that would save me a lot of money. This is where the review starts losing stars. When I removed the damaged valance, I found several missing screws that should have been holding the valance to the bumper and the bumper to the body

I cannot say enough great things about this body shop!!!! The amount of craftsmanship thry put into my car is unparalleled. Sarge was on top of keeping me updated on my car honestly amd letting me know when it would be ready. I feel like I've won the lottery and got a brand new car.....that's how beautiful of a job these guys did!!!! It has made me fall in love with my car all over again and appreciate it. If I ever have any future issues, my husband, my friends or family with a vehicle....they WILL be taking it to Collison Solutions in Beaumont for repairs or any kind of work. I cannot give them enough stars or accolades. They are just top notch and outstanding!!! Highly recommended.

Took my truck in to have them look at the damages and scheduled to bring it in for repairs a week later. Brought my truck at the scheduled time and they hadn't even ordered the parts yet. When they finally made the repairs they ended up damaging my camper several places. I understand things happen but they were going to let me drive away hoping I wouldn't notice. Also part of my tailgate that was supposed to be repaired was just bent back and left that way, still dented and paint missing. Two weeks without a vehicle just to get it back damaged and with incomplete repairs.
